According to homepage (http://code.google.com/p/google-collections/) guava-libs are preferred to google-collections and backward compatible. 

I verified that for example checkstyle-5.1. works OK when google-collections are replaced by guava-libs. Closing this bug, so you have to prepare package for guava-libraries instead. See http://code.google.com/p/guava-libraries/
