Description of problem:
opening the email from announcements brings a page from the site 
into hotmail. Netscape 4.78 locks up and I must use kill -9 to remove it. I saw 
this problem in RH 7.1. This cannot happen!

1.open the announcements page of www.provantage.com using Netscape
2.some creativity must be used in solving this bug

We can't fix internal netscape problems, sorry. You're best off reporting this
to netscape at http://help.netscape.com/forms/bug-client.html
