Steps how to reproduce: 1. Connect Extended display to a laptop (Thinkpad X60s/i686 in my case) with suitable video card. 2. Open any video playback in Totem (doesn't matter which display is used) Expected result: continuous video playback Actual result: blackout in totem This request was evaluated by Red Hat Product Management for inclusion in a Red Hat Enterprise Linux major release. Product Management has requested further review of this request by Red Hat Engineering, for potential inclusion in a Red Hat Enterprise Linux Major release. This request is not yet committed for inclusion. Could we get an output of dmesg command right after the problem with video happens, please? Thank you Dual head issue is no more problem after updating to xorg-x11-server-Xorg-1.7.7-{8,9}.el6.i686
