Description of Problem:
Changed the name from "default" to "basic" so that it will be loaded correctly using the settings from the anaconda install
The Adiaeresis character is not used in Icelandic but is mapped where there should be a dead_acute
The ALT part of the BKSL key is incorrectly mapped to bar, this should be grave.
Simplified the RALT part of the map.
Also changed German to Icelandic in two places.
