Description of problem:
The menu item in OO writer for example all have a tooltip, which explains what the button is supposed to do.
They are now appearing empty most of the times. It takes several seconds for the contents of the tooltip. I.e. just the plain letters to appear.

I cannot take a screenshot of this, as there seems to be some kind of redrawing event when taking a screenshot. I.e. the content appears by doing a screenshot...

1. start oo writer

just blue box is displayed

Expected results:
blue box with text "bold" beeing displayed

dtardon->felix: actually, to set the depends field is most probably nonsense. Result of a short connection in my brain, I guess... The other bug is a RHEL bug, so if you cannot see it, you cannot.

xorg-x11-drv-intel-2.11.0-5.fc13 has been pushed to the Fedora 13 testing repository.  If problems still persist, please make note of it in this bug report.
