Description of problem:The security alert window popup does not open a session window when you click the button requesting that it display the alerts.

How reproducible: pretty easy


Steps to Reproduce:
1.chmod 000 /usr/libexec/at-spi-registryd (or other necessary component)
2.logout and log back in

https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=606930 should go with this one since it is about setroubleshoot buttons also. For some reason the system took my component of setroubleshoot and turned it into one on comic fonts.

the latest updates seem to have stopped this behavior - may have been a corrupted gnome library. Consider it closed.
