Description of problem:
'Dashboard' has JS error with IE 6/7.

QE Environment:
JON server and agent installation platform: RHEL 5
Java: Sun JDK 1.6
Database: Postgres 8.4
Browser: IE 6.0.2900.5512.xpsp-sp3_gdr.100216-1514
         IE 7.0.5730.11

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
JON 2.4 GA_QA

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Log-in to JON and go to 'Dashboard'
2. Refer status bar for JS error
  
Actual results:
'Dashboard' has JS error with IE 6/7.

Expected results:
'Dashboard' should not have JS error with IE 6/7.
