Description of problem:
The nbd driver is not being built as part of the RHEL6 beta kernel (no nbd.ko module is available to load).

Hat Enterprise Linux major release.  Product Management has requested further
review of this request by Red Hat Engineering, for potential inclusion in a Red
Hat Enterprise Linux Major release.  This request is not yet committed for
inclusion.

This is intentional. We don't ship the userspace tools in RHEL either. We recommend iSCSI for network block storage devices.
