Description of problem: When using compiz blur plugin there is no blur effect and a message "compiz (blur) - Error: Framebuffer incomplete" is in xsession-errors.

How reproducible: Always


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install mesa-dri-drivers-experimental on an nvidia card.
2. Enable compiz-fusion and enable blur effect
3.
  
Actual results: No blur and message "compiz (blur) - Error: Framebuffer incomplete" in xsession-errors


Expected results: Blur to work and no errors
