Raw configuration is still an experimental feature and has not been QA tested at all. For the time being, we should disable support for it in the GUI.

Done in commit e4637fe and pushed to release-3.0.0 branch.

To Test

Go the Configuration > Current tab for a few Resources of different types which support configuration, and verify that only the structured config is shown, with no traces of raw config functionality and no traces of a mode-switching tab bar immediately above the structured config. Verify that you can successfully switch to edit mode, update a property or two, and save/commit the config.

QA Verified -- no more references to raw config, and i have not seen any regressions wrt config changes.
