Description of problem:
Empathy won't launch the account editor.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Run empathy
2. click edit->accounts
3. Get error on console:

(empathy:10523): empathy-WARNING **: Failed to open accounts dialog: Failed to fork (Cannot allocate memory)

If I run empathy-accounts it lets me setup my account and then the main binary connects just fine.

Note, the system has more than enough memory:

Mem:       3799592    2545136    1254456          0     308876    1048060
-/+ buffers/cache:    1188200    2611392
Swap:      2047984       1892    2046092
