oprofile-devel
    contains only static libraries,
    but no virtual -static package is provided

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 14 development cycle.
Changing version to '14'.

Added the desired oprofile-static to the oprofile-devel file.

Long-term would like to remove the oprofile-devel package when the eclipse linux tools switch to using XML.
