CD Install Log from /root

Further study reveals this to be a CD Media Install Issue. Packages needing GConftool-2 provided by GConf2 were installed before the GConf2 package. The attached /root/install.log from the faulted system proves this.

Script to Fix this Issue

The attached script when run from a secondary tty and followed with a reboot will repair by reinstalling in proper order the files improperly installed from Fedora-Unity-20100630-F13-CD Install.

Comment 5 Robert Lightfoot 2010-07-11 12:17:13 UTC
The FedoraUnity community is working to resolve the CD Install Issue which caused this crash. Nothing is believed wrong with the underlying gnome-terminal program.
