Description Maximiliano Castanon 2010-07-06 18:03:53 UTC
Created attachment 429843 [details]
USB.IDS Linux-USB

Description of problem:
lsusb gives me a description of Bus 003 Device 004: ID 1a86:7584 Unknown
but it should be Bus 003 Device 004: ID 1a86:7584 HL-340 USB-Serial adapter

I believe usb.ids of Fedora 12 are outdated.

Comment 1 Maximiliano Castanon 2010-07-06 19:30:06 UTC
Description of problem:
lsusb gives me a description of "Bus 003 Device 004: ID 1a86:7584 Unknown"
but it should be "Bus 003 Device 004: ID 1a86:7584 QinHeng Electronics"

so, assuming the usb.ids are outdated... it should be updated.
