Please let me know if you're still active in Fedora? This is the first notification per the non-responsive maintainer policy: http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Policy_for_nonresponsive_package_maintainers note: there are outstanding issues with other packages too, e.g. https://admin.fedoraproject.org/pkgdb/acls/bugs/plt-scheme last contact was two years ago, package has since been renamed upstream so we'd need to start a new package and obsolete the current one https://admin.fedoraproject.org/pkgdb/acls/bugs/unison227 https://admin.fedoraproject.org/pkgdb/acls/name/ocaml Richard Jones has been the effective maintainer for a long time, AFAIK Also, security vulnerability in plt-scheme here: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=647242 Latest upstream release: 3.6a Current version in Fedora Rawhide: 3.4a URL: http://www-sop.inria.fr/mimosa/fp/Bigloo/bigloo.html Please consult the package update guidelines before you issue an update to a stable branch: https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Package_update_guidelines More information about the service that created this bug can be found at: https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Upstream_release_monitoring This package has changed ownership in the Fedora Package Database. Reassigning to the new owner of this component. I built bigloo 3.6a on rawhide. I also tried to make the libraries SONAME conformant, at least the ugly ldconfig messages are gone. Most examples compile and run fine. There are some problems with the Java examples. The Dload example only works if one appends "-copt -fPIC" to the compile command. Also, since the system libgc is used, examples that link against libbigloogc must be modified. bigloo-3.6a-1.fc14 has been submitted as an update for Fedora 14. https://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/bigloo-3.6a-1.fc14 bigloo-3.6a-1.fc15 has been submitted as an update for Fedora 15. https://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/bigloo-3.6a-1.fc15 bigloo-3.6a-1.fc15 has been pushed to the Fedora 15 stable repository. If problems still persist, please make note of it in this bug report. bigloo-3.6a-1.fc14 has been pushed to the Fedora 14 stable repository. If problems still persist, please make note of it in this bug report. |
