Seems there's no timeout for the TEST CONNECTION action. When I tried this in QA lab (dev35) to access.redhat.com, which was blocked on firewall, the page was loading indefinitelly, and the log did not show any timeout or such.

User can get out of this by simply clicking any link, but I think that the connection hangs in JON for eternity.
