small correction: repeating dlm_tool leave N times, will eventually remove the lockspace. Probably the counter is increased each time clvmd -S is executed. This issue has been proposed when we are only considering blocker issues in the current Red Hat Enterprise Linux release. It has been denied for the current Red Hat Enterprise Linux release. ** If you would still like this issue considered for the current release, ask your support representative to file as a blocker on your behalf. Otherwise ask that it be considered for the next Red Hat Enterprise Linux release. ** This need some investigation but clvmd -S should not keep any additional references to resources. Patch sent to list https://www.redhat.com/archives/lvm-devel/2011-January/msg00130.html Fix in upstream lvm 2.02.82. Fix verified in the latest rpms.
