When exception in fence_rsb is encountered we got traceback:

Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "<stdin>", line 1, in <module>
TypeError: exceptions must be old-style classes or derived from BaseException, not str

This is not critical issue as fence agent will fail anyway but with proper error message.
