Description of problem:
Bundle upload via url in IE8 is non responsive. When I give the url and click on next button, nothing happens. I don't even see the operation circling indication.

jon-server-2.4.0.GA_QA.zip build# 63

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Administration -> Content -> Bundles
2. Add New bundle
3. Punch in the url from where bundle can be downloaded.
4. Click on Next
  
Actual results:
Nothing happnes. The Next button is non-responsive.

Expected results:
The action of bundle upload should get triggered.

Presumably this is related to other bundle upload issue which was recently raised

Verified on jon-2.4.0.GA_QA build#69

The bundle is uploaded successfully via URL in IE8 (Version: 8.0.6001.18702)
