[root@marathon-01 sbin]# fence_ilo -a hp-dl360g5-01-ilo.mpc.lab.eng.bos.redhat.com -l rotest -p password -o status
Status: OFF
[root@marathon-01 sbin]# fence_ilo -a hp-dl360g5-01-ilo.mpc.lab.eng.bos.redhat.com -l rotest -p password -o on
Failed: Unable to obtain correct plug status or plug is not available
[root@marathon-01 sbin]# echo $?
1

Read only user can not change settings, fence_ilo fails gracefully, no backtrace.
