Description of problem:
A separate screen which is a little laborious is used to add email notifications (along with other types).  Have a bit less depth and fewer clicks (like maybe just an ajax expansion with a simple list for simple notifications like email addresses)

Closing - Alerts UI is getting some UXD consideration - stay tuned.
