Description of problem:
This happens when the server is connected to a gadzoox capellix 3000 switch.  
300GB of storage is connected to a CMD 7280 Array controller which is connected 
to the capellix switch.  The server has a qla2200f FC HBA.  The qla22000 BIOS 
recognizes the storage.

The server is a HP E800, Dual P3 800MHz Proc, 1GB RAM.

Thanks for the bug report. However, Red Hat no longer maintains this version of
the product. Please upgrade to the latest version and open a new bug if the problem
persists.

The Fedora Legacy project (http://fedoralegacy.org/) maintains some older releases, 
and if you believe this bug is interesting to them, please report the problem in
