Description of Problem:
Invoking kbabel results in the following error message:

kbabel: relocation error: /usr/lib/libkbabel.so.1: undefined symbol:
stateChanged__13KXMLGUIClientRC7QString

fresh beta3 install with gnome+kde+development

How Reproducible:
everytime

Steps to Reproduce:
1. do freshinstall of beta3
2. run kbabel
3.

 It's fixed in kdesdk-3.0.0-1.cvs20020324.1. You will find it in next rawhide release.
