Description of problem:
I have been trying to figure out if libuser can be used in a project I am
working on.  But there is absolutely no documentation on this library.  I could
not find a homepage or description on google.com or freshmeat.net.

Actual Results:  no manual entry for libuser

Expected Results:  libuser should have at least a manpage explaining where to
get further information

The library interface is documented in /usr/share/gtk-doc/html/libuser
and in /usr/share/doc/libuser*/modules.txt in libuser-0.51.9-1.

The utilities still need man pages, though...

Utility man pages added in libuser-0.53.2-1.
