The cfitsio pkgconfig file contains wrong include path (/usr/include). The previous version had /usr/include/cfitsio and it breaks source code (discovered when building ufraw) that includes directly the header without the directory.

Excellent catch.  I modify the .pc file in the .spec, but upstream had subtly changed their formatting.  Fix in the works.

Fix building in koji now.  3.250-4.fc14
