Description of problem:
Categories=Development;TextEditor;
could be:
Categories=Development;WebDevelopment;

texteditor would require the utility main category and the above suggestion seems to fit alot better.

also the icon tag should in the best case be just the icon name and be present in a standard icon path to make it "themeable"

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 14 development cycle.
Changing version to '14'.
