Description Gert Dewit 2002-03-25 13:05:24 UTC
From Bugzilla Helper:
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 Galeon/1.0.3 (X11; Linux i686; U;) Gecko/20020205

Description of problem:
during installation the DAC960PL controller from mylex doesn't get detected by
anaconda and/or kudzu. I suppose the DAC960P won't work either as this device
usually uses the same device id (0x0001)

a working pcitable entry for redhat-72 was:
0x1069
0x0001
"DAC960"
"Mylex Corporation|DAC960PL"

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Just run the installer on a system with all its drives attached to a DAC960PL
controller.

Actual Results: it will complain there's no installable media available

Expected Results: It should have detecteted the controller and insmodded it's
driver
