Description of problem:
Cause blacklist is taken as a new feature, the man page should be updated.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Intall kexec-tools (>=-79.el6)
2.man kdump.conf
3.

Actual results:
Nothing about blacklist can be found via man kdump.conf. And there is no example about blacklist in /etc/kdump.conf.

Expected results:

I'm fine with updating the man page, but it seems to me that marking this as a blocker is pretty silly, I think we can manage to ship without documenting a command. I say move this to 6.1 unless we can just slide it in somewhere with another update.

copy that, I'll take care of it shortly :)
