This happens only to speed command, adjusting summary. Other commands seem to be working as expected. Lowering priority to medium, speed command malfunction is not critical. Cleaning the blocker flag - no regression. An advisory has been issued which should help the problem described in this bug report. This report is therefore being closed with a resolution of ERRATA.
