The package needs to be rebuilt against python 2.7 in both F14 and devel.

Information on the new "dist-git" system can be seen here:

Once it's been successfully rebuilt for F14, an update needs to be filed to get the rebuild into F14:

libhid requires:
SWIG version >= 1.3 is required.  You have 2.0.0.  You should look at http://www.swig.org

And therefore can't build the python extension.

This fixes the rebuild

Patch updates the swig version that's needed to build.  However, I can't test this so I don't know if this is okay or not.

Also, I noted that the second patch in the current srpm is very fragile.  You shouldn't be patching configure after running autoreconf.  Changes in autoreconf could cause the patch to fail to apply.  Change this to patch configure.ac before running autoreconf.

I fixed this package. Basically I did the same thing via sed. Sorry for skipping your work :(
