Description of problem:
In the rhel6 snap 8, we installed ubuntu 10.4 as guest. we observed that the screen refresh is very slowly when boot up guest by virsh manager. With qemu command-line, there don't has this issue.

How reproducible:
always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Get RHEL6 sp8, install it as host
2. Use virtualmanager, install ubuntu 10.4 as guest
3. Use "virsh create config.xml" to boot up the guest
4. log in the guest and do some operation(like lspci)
Actual results:
screen refresh very slowly
Expected results:
screen refresh normal

This issue has been proposed when we are only considering blocker
issues in the current Red Hat Enterprise Linux release.
** If you would still like this issue considered for the current
release, ask your support representative to file as a blocker on
your behalf. Otherwise ask that it be considered for the next
Red Hat Enterprise Linux release. **
