Please update to latest upstream release, ie 2.2.7, with libatasmart enabled during the build, so that we can use udisks directly without needing hddtemp daemon.

gnome-applet-sensors-2.2.7-3.fc13 has been pushed to the Fedora 13 testing repository.  If problems still persist, please make note of it in this bug report.
