Description of problem:
man-db does not provide makewhatis so the kickstart
post script should be updated for that.  Not sure
what needs to replace it if anything.

Steps to Reproduce:
- spin (f14) on f14
  
Actual results:
- get error during %post that no makewhatis found.


Expected results:
- no warning

If this does not impact F14 live images this could
probably also be moved to rawhide.

This error can also cause the whole CD compose process to quit
unless errors are being ignored.

Should be in the next set of nightlys and also in the next update of the spins-kickstarts package.
