Description of problem:
If disk dump contains only child channel, then it is not shown for --list-channels.

spacewalk-backend-1.1.45-1.el5

How reproducible:
always, not regression

Steps to Reproduce:
1. rhn-satellite-exporter -d /tmp/export -c redhat-rhn-proxy-5.3-server-x86_64-5
2. satellite-sync -m /tmp/export -l
  
Actual results:
channel redhat-rhn-proxy-5.3-server-x86_64-5 is not listed

Expected results:
channel should be listed.

Additional info:
once you export base channel, child channel is suddenly listed too.

We did not have time for this one during Spacewalk 1.4 time frame. Mass moving to Spacewalk 1.5.

Fixed in spacewalk master by
commit bda7fe1181d1c4814d843e8116956782c1f0e330
    622490 - made output with no base channel look better
commit e4b333bf9e52df89f74eea3ba7e517348e6d6c18
    622490 - even if parent channel isn't in dump there might be some child channels

    removed unused variable
