Tested with snap #11 on CCISS disk (hp-dl360g5-01) and on a system with 512b and 4k disks (dell-per300-01).  All created PVs had :
pvs --noheadings --units k -o pe_start <device>
1024.00k


All partitions also had alignment_offset = 0. Moving to VERIFIED.
