It seems that rpm2html in Skipjack is outdated and needs to be rebuilt against
the latest rpm. It keeps saying

rpm2html: Symbol `rpmTagTable' has different size in shared object, consider
re-linking

I have Skipjack+up2date with rpm2html-1.7-5 and rpm-4.0.4-7x.8.

Okay, rebuilt, I also applied a patch to avoid compilation problems with
the latests libxml2 includes, this should be sufficient in that case,
