Description of problem:
during installation hyper-v vm hangs after start of loader

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
rhel-3.9 x86_64

How reproducible:
always on hyper-v enabled windows 2008

Steps to Reproduce:
1. install win 2008
2. enable hyper-v role
3. configure properly to be able boot from pxe, or downlooad iso
4. 
  
Actual results:
hangs

Expected results:
pass and run as rhel-3.9 for i386
