How to reproduce
-----
I added the "Dwell Click" applet to the panel. After clicking "Add", the panel disappeared due to the crash and got reloaded.

$ rpm -q mousetweaks gnome-panel
mousetweaks-2.31.6-1.fc14.x86_64
gnome-panel-2.31.6-1.fc14.x86_64
