You have filed this against the xorg-x11-drv-radeonhd package, but write "Steps to Reproduce: 1. Use the radeon driver".
Only one of the two can be correct.
xorg-x11-drv-ati contains the "radeon" driver which is used by default
xorg-x11-drv-radeonhd contains the "radeonhd" driver
The "radeonhd" driver is only ever used when you have explicitly enabled it by creating a /etc/X11/xorg.conf file.
Please check what driver you are really running, and if you are running "radeonhd" after all, please try the default "radeon" as well. "radeonhd" is being phased out, so I want to check there are no regressions by moving to "radeon".
Also, attaching /var/log/Xorg.0.log is helpful with most Xorg driver bugs as these logs can show a lot of important information on the system which suffers from the bug. Xorg.0.log also contains information on the driver used, BTW.

I selected the wrong package; I meant xorg-x11-drv-ati. I didn't find anything noteworthy in the log, but perhaps I overlooked something; it's attached to the bug report now. This message is a reminder that Fedora 13 is nearing its end of life. Approximately 30 (thirty) days from now Fedora will stop maintaining and issuing updates for Fedora 13. It is Fedora's policy to close all bug reports from releases that are no longer maintained. At that time this bug will be closed as WONTFIX if it remains open with a Fedora 'version' of '13'.
