Comment 1 Ondrej Vasik 2010-08-17 11:11:38 UTC
Thanks for report, Ivana...
mkfifo(2) should probably be mkfifo(3) on Fedora ...

rmt(1) should probably be rmt(8) on Fedora ...

We probably don't have sdd(1) on Fedora - it is Joerg version of dd ... But it is not from star package.

scpio(1) is not shipped with Fedora(but comes from star package), star.4 could be shipped (as it is specification of star format).

match(1) and fssnap(1m) are probably not in Fedora (pattern matcher and filesystem snapshot maker) ... but as they are referenced not only by links but with the text description in manpage it would be better to just keep the references. User could get these tools somewhere outside Fedora.

I'll update what I think should be updated in next rawhide build.

Comment 2 Ondrej Vasik 2010-08-27 14:19:14 UTC
Fixed some of these bogus links in star-1.5.1-3.fc15 . I'm reluctant to change the rest (as it probably would be even more confusing than keeping things as they are at the moment). Closing RAWHIDE.
