Description of problem:
The API call xmlRpc.api.systemVersion() returns 5.3.0.
Assumed to have 5.4.0 roght?

How reproducible:
always on Sat540

Steps to Reproduce:
1. make an api call: xmlRpc.api.systemVersion()
2.
3.
  
Actual results:
returns a string '5.3.0'

Expected results:
'5.4.0'

the iso: Satellite-5.4.0-RHEL5-re20100820.0-x86_64.iso fixed my issue(s)/

the xml/rpc call returns 5.4.0, the UI of Satellite points to '5.4.' as well.

The 5.4.0 RHN Satellite and RHN Proxy release has occurred. This issue has been resolved with this release.
