Description of problem:
After suspending the laptop, I have had problems getting the wireless ethernet
card to come back up.  The wireless parameters are not set correctly.

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.have laptop w/ wireless card
2.ifdown interface
3.remove card
4.suspend laptop
5.resume laptop
6.insert card
	

Actual Results:  Card did not come back up and connect to the access point. 
iwconfig indicates that the ESSID and key are not set.  I am running the newer
version of the wireless tools
(wireless-tools-23-2).  

Expected Results:  Expected the card to connect and dhcp correctly.

This should be fixed with apmd-3.0.2-8.
