Description of problem:
There are missing files in spacewalk-proxy-common.noarch and spacewalk-proxy-broker.noarch RPMs

spacewalk-proxy-broker-0.5.7-12.el5sat

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. rpm -V spacewalk-proxy-common.noarch
2. rpm -V spacewalk-proxy-broker.noarch

  
Actual results:
missing     /var/cache/rhn/proxy-auth
missing     /var/spool/rhn-proxy/list

and
missing     /var/spool/rhn-proxy/list


Expected results:
No missing files

Additional info:
Doesn't really affects functionality, since apparently the bug is in there for some time, but test are failing.

Verified that it behaves ok in new version spacewalk-proxy-0.5.7-14.

Tested be creating temporaly spacewalk-proxy-0.5.7-15 from spacewalk-proxy-0.5.7-14 and tried to upgrade/downgrade watching presence of /var/cache/rhn/proxy-auth.
