Description of problem:
kde-l10n-4.5.0 ships kdepim-runtime translations from 4.5, the extra kde-l10n-kdepim-4.4.5.tar.bz2 tarball only contains kdepim. But kdepim-runtime is also part of the kdepim 4.5 release we're not shipping. We ship kdepim-runtime 4.4.5, so that's what the translations should be for.

1. Check the contents of kde-l10n.
  
Actual results:
kdepim-runtime translations from 4.5.

Expected results:
kdepim-runtime translations from 4.4.

yes, it's missing in kde-l10n-4.5.0-2.fc14. I'm working on the fix.

I have checked the translatio. The kdepim-runtime translation is already included in kde-l10n-kdepim-4.4.5.tar.bz2.

To be clear, it turns out there's no separate kdepim-runtime directory in kde-l10n.

the kdepim-runtime translation is in the kdepim directory

it seems kdepim translation is not included in rpm, i'm working on the fix

it's fixed in kde-l10n-4.5.1-5.fc14. http://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/buildinfo?buildID=193525

This should be fully sorted out now, with F14 and the testing updates for F13 using translations from 4.4.x and Rawhide the ones from 4.5.x.
