The X Window Server occasionally used over 80% of CPU time while the client was in full-screen mode, which caused the user's desktop session to become very unresponsive. This bug has been fixed and the undesired overhead no longer occurs.

Xorg is occasionally using 80+% of cpu (Xorg is completely unusable) while spicec is in fullscreen mode.

100% reproducible by closing laptop lid (I'm using dual head) while having spice session active

also happens when spice client is in full screen and monitor count changes (addition monitor is connected/disconnected)

I can reproduce this with F-14 + spice 0.6.0. I will investigate further, assigning to me.

This is fixed by the new upstream 0.6.3 release to which we've rebased the 6.1 spice-client package for bug 644258, moving to MODIFIED.
