Strace output of the NetworkManager started before suspend and after wake up

Description of problem:
The NetworkManager does not reconnect to a WLAN or LAN after the system was in suspend mode.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
# rpm -qa | grep NetworkManager
NetworkManager-openconnect-0.8.1-1.fc13.i686
NetworkManager-glib-0.8.1-4.git20100817.fc13.i686
NetworkManager-pptp-0.8.1-1.fc13.i686
NetworkManager-gnome-0.8.1-4.git20100817.fc13.i686

NetworkManager-0.8.1-4.git20100817.fc13.i686
NetworkManager-openvpn-0.8.1-1.fc13.i686

How reproducible:
Everytime after laptop was in suspend.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Power on system
2. Log in into GNOME
3. Make sure you've WLAN/LAN connection running
4. Put the system into suspend (aka close the laptop lid)
5. Wake up the system out of suspend (aka open the laptop lid)

Actual results:
The system does not reconnect to the LAN/WLAN. The NetworkManager-applet has an unchecked 'Enable Networking' option. Need to run 'service NetworkManager restart' as root to get connectivity again.

Expected results:
System connects to WLAN/LAN without any issues.

Additional info:
Attached the strace of NetworkManager started before the system goes into suspend.

# mkdir -p /tmp/NM ; cd /tmp/NM
# service NetworkManager status
NetworkManager (pid 4964) is running...
# strace -o NetworkManager -p 4964 -ff
-- Put laptop into suspend and wake it up

This has been an issue in pm-utils for a while but is fixed by current updates-testing builds.
