Description Rob Crittenden 2010-08-31 17:30:29 UTC
Description of problem:

sssd is a package in EL5 but authconfig 5.x lacks the --enablesssd and --enablesssdauth options so it isn't easily configurable. This is needed so the ipa-client can configure sssd without need to touch the nss and pam configuration directly.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

authconfig-5.3.21-6.el5

Because the affected component is not scheduled to be updated in the
current release, Red Hat is unfortunately unable to address this

representative to propose this request, if appropriate and relevant,
in the next release of Red Hat Enterprise Linux.
