Description of problem:
There are missing files in spacewalk-proxy-common.noarch and spacewalk-proxy-broker.noarch RPMs

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
spacewalk-proxy-common-0.5.7-12.el5sat
spacewalk-proxy-broker-0.5.7-12.el5sat

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. rpm -V spacewalk-proxy-common.noarch
2. rpm -V spacewalk-proxy-broker.noarch

  
Actual results:
missing     /var/cache/rhn/proxy-auth
missing     /var/spool/rhn-proxy/list

and
missing     /var/spool/rhn-proxy/list


Expected results:
No missing files

Additional info:
Doesn't really affects functionality, since apparently the bug is in there for some time, but test are failing.

missing     /var/spool/rhn-proxy/list
This is due https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=172165#c10 
We should not remove that directory, but only its content.

/var/cache/rhn/* was removed during %preun, and we had no detection whether it is upgrade or real uninst.
