Description of Problem:
When starting the KDE konsole the konsole appeared but also a 
"tip of the day window."

konsole and "tip of the Day" started

Only konsole started

Turn it off, then - Konsole's Tips of the day are helpful for newbies [And even for  
experienced users who haven't used KDE 3.x yet - for example "...that pressing Ctrl while 
selecting text will let Konsole ignore line breaks?"] and one click (turning "Show on 
start" off) isn't too much to ask.
