Description of problem:
When clicking "Sync" on /rhn/channels/manage/Repositories.do sync gets scheduled but it is not visible on /rhn/schedule/PendingActions.do

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Schedule a repo sync on rhn/channels/manage/Sync.do
2. Getting a message "Repository sync scheduled for you-name-it-channel"
3. Go to the page /rhn/schedule/PendingActions.do and find nothing about the repo syc
  
Actual results:
No display of schedule on /rhn/schedule/PendingActions.do

Expected results:
Show scheduled repo syncs

Mass-aligning under space12, so that we don't lose track of this bugzilla. This however does not mean that we plan (will be able to) address this bug in Spacewalk 1.2.

PendingActions.do are meant do display actions scheduled to be run on the client. Repository sync is a server issue. This cannot be added to the PendingActions.do page.
